Here we grow again, with three new important hires at Northern Gas and Power

We’re pleased to welcome three new members to our People and Talent Teams – Louise Adey, Ola Crown and Amalia Defta.

Louise joins us as People Business Partner. Her focus is support Scott High, People Director on strategy and people experience transformation, to drive forward our continued growth. A key part of her role is to be a central point of influence across the business, enhancing our People team expertise and driving forward our people, coaching and mentoring capabilities.

Prior to Northern Gas and Power, Louise was at EDF for over four and a half years and rose through the ranks from HR Industrial Replacement to regional HR Case Advisor and most recently, HR Business Partner.

Louise is joined by Ola Crown as Talent Acquisition Manager, with over 14 years of recruitment experience within various industries including rail, on and offshore oil and gas, energy, international development, and the Ministry of Defence. Ola joins us from Capita, where he was the Recruitment Operations Manager.

Prior to Capita, Ola was part of EDF’s award-winning recruitment team. His role with Northern Gas and Power is to ensure we attract the very best talent, maintain the highest standards of candidate experience and ensure all our new recruits get the best introduction to the business.

Along with her experience across HR, IT and Business Management in the oil and gas industry, Amalia brings with her a knowledge of process improvement, through her six sigma qualification and team development skills, following a recent Scrum Masters training course.
